If you love closing new business, thrive on consultative selling and want uncapped earnings, this is your lane. You’ll own the full sales cycle, averaging one close a day on a bite-sized Discovery Sprint (KES 150–200 k) and converting follow-on builds worth KES 0.5 – 6 m.
Hunt & qualify LinkedIn, association lists (KAM, KEPSA, FKE), trade events, cold calls/WhatsApp
Run discovery calls Diagnose pain, outline ROI, book demos
Drive proposals & close 1-page quotes, e-signature, instant payments
Maintain CRM HubSpot updates, daily activity KPIs
Nurture & upsell Stay in sprint demos, surface add-on revenue
This is not your typical sales job as we are selling solutions. We need to nurture relationships and then convert them. It's not about cold-calling but nurturing relationships
3+ yrs B2B tech or consulting sales with verifiable numbers
Hunter mentality—comfortable booking your own meetings
Strong English (Swahili a plus); persuasive on WhatsApp & Zoom
CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
Ability to link business pain (Excel hell) to tangible ROI
Strong Networks in Mid to HNW companies
Familiarity with business process automation
10 % commission on every deal—uncapped (avg. expected earnings KES 350 k+ / month for top performers)
2 % quarterly accelerator once you cross KES 8 m closed-won
